Depart the USA: Your pilgrimage begins today as you embark on your flight to Barcelona, marking the start of an unforgettable journey.
Arrive in Barcelona: Upon arrival in Barcelona, you will be warmly greeted by our travel representative. We will then transfer to the vibrant capital of Catalonia, where you'll enjoy a transfer to your hotel for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Barcelona: This morning, we begin our visit to the world-renowned La Sagrada Familia, the iconic, unfinished Catholic basilica in Barcelona designed by the celebrated Art Nouveau architect Antoni Gaudí. Enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of this architectural masterpiece before we celebrate Mass. Following our visit, we will head to the beautiful Park Güell, another of Gaudí's brilliant creations. Afterward, we return to our hotel for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Montserrat: This morning, we travel outside Barcelona to visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montserrat, the spiritual heart of Catalonia, home to a Benedictine monastery dramatically nestled among the mountain peaks. For over 700 years, this Marian shrine has drawn countless pilgrims from around the world. We take time to visit the Black Madonna of Montserrat, one of Spain's most revered devotions to the Blessed Mother. Afterward, we continue our journey to Andorra La Vella for dinner and an overnight stay.
Overnight: Andorra La Vella (Breakfast, Dinner)
Andorra La Vella / Lourdes: This morning, we begin with a brief visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of Meritxell in Andorra La Vella. Afterward, we continue our journey to Lourdes, where we will check into our hotel. Time permitting, we will join the beautiful candlelight procession, a moving experience for all pilgrims.

Lourdes: Grotto of Massabielle, Basilica of St. Pius X, Baths: Today, we begin with Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle, the sacred site where Our Lady appeared to Bernadette in 1858. Following Mass, we will take our official group photo in front of the Basilica. Next, we embark on a guided tour of Lourdes, including a visit to the Basilica of St. Pius X, the world’s largest underground church. We will also visit the Baths, renowned for the thousands of miraculous cures that have taken place there. Lourdes is the most respected Marian shrine and sanctuary in France. In the evening, we gather to join the moving candlelight procession.

Lourdes / Loyola / Santander: Pyrenees Mountains, Basilica of Loyola: This morning, we depart Lourdes and journey through the stunning Pyrenees Mountains to Loyola, the birthplace of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Jesuit Order. In Loyola, we will visit the Basilica and the historic tower house where Saint Ignatius was born and spent his early years. Afterward, we continue to Santander for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Oviedo / Santiago de Compostela: Cathedral of Oviedo, Tomb of Asturian Kings, Cámara Santa: This morning, we depart Santander and travel to Oviedo, the capital of the Asturias region. In Oviedo, we will visit the magnificent Cathedral, which houses the tombs of the Asturian kings, as well as the Cámara Santa, a restored 9th-century chapel renowned for its exquisite statues of Christ and the Apostles. After our visit, we continue on to Santiago de Compostela for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Santiago de Compostela: Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, Crypt of St. James, City Tour: This morning, we begin our visit to Santiago de Compostela, one of the most renowned pilgrimage sites in the world, where the tomb of St. James (brother of St. John the Divine) was discovered. St. James, known as the first pilgrim, was tasked with spreading Christianity in the distant lands of Hispania. Since the discovery of his tomb, countless miracles have occurred here, and every year, thousands of pilgrims gather on July 25 to celebrate his Feast Day.
Our day begins with a visit to the magnificent Cathedral of St. James, one of Europe's finest architectural masterpieces. As pilgrims, we have the opportunity to climb the stairs behind the high altar to visit the crypt, where the relics of St. James are preserved. We’ll also touch the central pillar (Portico de la Gloria), view the 'botafumeiro'—the famous incense burner—and admire the wealth of medieval art inside the Cathedral. Afterward, we will visit the cloister museum.
Enjoy some free time to stroll through the charming streets of Santiago de Compostela, the city of the Apostle, filled with historical buildings and a sense of sacred history. We will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Optional Morning Walking Tour: This morning, we have the option to join the walking pilgrims at Monte del Gozo, where the spires of the Cathedral are first visible. We will walk the final miles of the Camino, arriving at the Cathedral of St. James—the long-awaited destination of our journey.
We then continue to the Cloister Museum with the group.
Overnight: Santiago de Compostela (Breakfast, Dinner)
Santiago de Compostela / Porto / Fatima: Church of St. Francis: Today, we depart Santiago de Compostela and journey to Porto, where we will visit a renowned wine factory and sample some of the region’s finest wines. Afterward, we will visit the historic Church of St. Francis, known for its stunning Gothic architecture. Following our visit, we continue on to Fatima for dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Overnight: Fatima (Breakfast, Dinner)
Fatima: Rosary & Candlelight Procession: This morning, we visit Fatima, the sacred site where Our Blessed Mother appeared to three shepherd children—Lucia Santos and her cousins, Bl. Jacinta and Bl. Francisco Marto—in 1917. We will have the opportunity to participate in the Rosary and the moving Candlelight Procession, a deeply spiritual experience for all pilgrims.
Overnight: Fatima (Breakfast, Dinner)
Return Home: Today, we bid farewell to Portugal and board our flights home, taking with us cherished memories of a journey that will last a lifetime.
Acceptance of Terms
By making any payment (cash, credit card, or otherwise) toward any tour, you unconditionally accept all terms and conditions stated herein.
Registration and Payments
A deposit of 15% per person is required upon registration, along with a signed copy of the registration form, at least 90 days prior to departure.
A second payment is due 150 days prior to departure.
The final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Late payments incur a $50 fee.
Reservations may be canceled if payments are 30 days late.
Processing Fee
A 4% processing fee will be added to any payments made using a bank card (credit or debit). Please note that processing fees are non-refundable.

Travel Protection
Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased until final payment. Coverage begins within 30 business days when payment is made. Plan details are available on our website.
Medical Conditions
Participants requiring special assistance must be accompanied by a qualified helper. Jerusalem Adventures is not responsible for any medical conditions occurring during the tour, as any cancellation is non-refundable.
Transportation and Accommodations
Transport is provided by private deluxe motor coach.
Tour prices are based on double occupancy; single supplements apply if a roommate cannot be paired.
Meals and Tipping
Meals are included per the itinerary; beverages are extra.
Tipping is not included unless specified. Suggested tips: $6 for guides, $4 for drivers, and $2 per hotel night.
Air Travel
Air transportation is economy class and subject to change. Passengers are responsible for any changes to their domestic flights and associated fees.
Baggage Policy
Most checked baggage has a 50 lbs limit with maximum dimensions of 62 inches. Some airlines may allow one carry-on bag. Passengers should check with their airline for specific luggage policies.
Liability Disclaimer
Jerusalem Adventures (JA) disclaims liability for personal injury, property damage, or any loss related to actions or omissions of carriers or other third parties. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.

Jerusalem Adventures (JA) reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Efforts will be made to accommodate passengers on alternative trips or revised itineraries.
